Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Thymocytes and splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Half of the cells were incubated at 56ËšC for 10 min and the other half were kept on ice - Extracellular staining - Wash in PBS 1X - Wash in binding buffer - Add Annexing-V FITC alone or in combination with 7-AAD in 100 ul of binding buffer per million of cells - Wait 15 min at RT and Analyze by FACS
Results Summary:	The best stain index is obtained with 0.3125 ul of Annexin V FITC in 100 ul per million of cells
Additional Notes:	Very efficient Annexin product at low price.
