This stain is inexpensive, easy to use, and the protocol is very quick.

Experimental Design

Application:	Differentiated Live from Dead cells to gate away from dead cells and reduce background from autoflourescent cells.
Cells used:	Primary CD4+ Lymphocytes, HEK 293T, Jurkat
Brief Protocol:	Wash away media, stain, add FBS, wash, fix/perm
Results Summary:	Easily distinguishable two populations in FACS plot.

Technical Service Notes

Note that Zombie is recommended to be added prior to fixation. In addition, FBS should not be included in the staining solution as it can be bound by Zombie.
