The antibody gave very good signal without much background noise.

Experimental Design

Application:	Validation of ORFLO detection to compare with CBC control data
Cells used:	WBCs
Brief Protocol:	After staining human blood, RBCs were lysed and 40 microliters were loaded on the ORFLO system.
Results Summary:	We were able to see clear division between the Lymphocytes and Neutrophils. Counts matched up to 70%.
