Annexin V APC works well on stimulated PBMC.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Stimulated human PBMC
Brief Protocol:	PBMC were isolated from blood by centrifugation over Ficoll. PBMC were washed twice in PBS and stimulated for 3 days with anti-CD3/CD28. Cells were washed and stained for 15 minutes at room temperature with the recommended dilution of Annexin V APC in 100uL 1x binding buffer. Cells were washed twice with 2mL FACS buffer and analyzed on a BD LSR II.
Results Summary:	Annexin V staining was excellent.
