Bright Antibody to Stain Human CCR9 Expression

We used this bright antibody to look for a small population of CCR9+ cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
Results Summary:	Due to the brightness of this antibody we were able to distinguish the small population of cells that express CCR9 in our lymphocyte subset.
