Anti-CD8a stains mesenteric lymph node T-cells very clearly.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flowcytometry
Cells used:	Single cell suspension of mesenteric lymph node cells
Brief Protocol:	The mesenteric lymph nodes were harvested from a mouse and mechanically disrupted to yield single cells. Cells were then blocked with Fc Block, stained with antibodies, and read on an LSR II cytometer.
Results Summary:	Anti-CD8a stains CD8 T-cells very clearly and distinctly and is great for flow cytometry.
Additional Notes:	Cells shown have been pre-gated on CD3+ cells.
