PE anti-mouse CD19 Antibody strongly stains blood circulating B cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Cell suspensions from mouse peripheral blood
Brief Protocol:	We isolated cells from peripheral blood of C57BL/6 mice. Red blood cells were lysed and cells were stained using PE anti-mouse CD19 antibody. We stain in a 50ul volume and add PE anti-mouse CD19 diluted at 1/250 final in FACS buffer for 1h at room temperature.
Results Summary:	PE anti-mouse CD19 provides a strong and reliable signal that allows staining to study B cells in circulation.
Additional Notes:	Figure shows results from cells circulating in the blood from wild type C57BL6 mice gated on CD45+ cells.
