Stains IFN-γ well in human T cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Intacellular Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human Pan T cells
Brief Protocol:	Cells were stained with a fixable viability dye, fixed, and then permeabilized. Human TruStain FcX was used a blocking agent. Without washing off the FcX, an antibody cocktail containing PE/Dazzle 594 anti-IFNg (1:200 dilution) was added to the cells and incubated for 30 mins. Cells were then washed and resuspended in 2% FBS in PBS and acquired on a flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	This antibody gives a good separation between IFN-γ-positive and IFN-γ-negative cells.
