Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	mouse myeloid cells
Brief Protocol:	Cells were stained with this antibody at 0.25ug per test size for 30min on ice. Cells were washed and stained with streptavidin-apc for 20min on ice. Cells were washed and fixed.
Results Summary:	The separation is good using this antibody.
