Experimental Design

Application:	ELISA
Cells used:	Mouse primary monocytes
Brief Protocol:	1. Coat the plates with capture antibody. 2. Block with blocking solution for 2 hours and then wash with PBST. 3. Add samples and standards to each well in triplicates for 2-4 hours in RT. 4. Add detection antibody for 1 hour and then wash with PBST. 5. Add abiding HRP for 30 minutes and then wash with PBST. 6. Add TMB and then read OD at 450nm.
Results Summary:	IFN-γ detection.
