Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Enrichment of CD8+ T cells from lymph nodes and thymus
Brief Protocol:	Stained with 1:200 dilution at 4 C for ~30 minutes. Washed and fixed with paraformaldehyde.
Results Summary:	Very good staining.
Additional Notes:	This antibody is great for staining lymphocytes to setup compensation for Brilliant Violet 650™ (very clean positive and negative population).
