FITC is a great choice for detecting CD54 on T cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Human PBMC
Brief Protocol:	PBMC were isolated from blood by centrifugation over Ficoll, washed twice in PBS, and stimulated overnight with anti-CD3/CD28 beads. Cells were washed twice and stained for 20 minutes with anti-CD54 FITC (as well as CD3, CD4, CD8 antibodies). Cells were washed twice and analyzed on a BD LSR II.
Results Summary:	CD54 staining was as expected.
