Holiday Shipping

 

As the holidays draw near, we want to ensure you are aware of BioLegend's shipping schedule to avoid any unexpected or unwanted delays in receiving your reagents. 

 

For our United States and international (non-EU/UK) customers:

 

Please see our closure notice for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

 

BioLegend US will be closed on November 24-25, 2022 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Any emails will be addressed on Monday November 28.

 

• Domestic shipments will proceed through Tuesday November 22, resuming November 28.
• International shipments will proceed through Wednesday November 23, resuming the week of November 28 on regularly scheduled shipping dates.

 

BioLegend US will be closed on Monday December 26, 2022 in observance of the Christmas holiday. Any emails will be addressed on Tuesday December 27.

 

BioLegend US will be closed on Monday January 2, 2023 in observation of New Year's Day. Any emails will be addressed on Tuesday January 3.

 

• Domestic shipments will proceed through Thursday December 22, resuming December 27-29. There will be no shipments on December 26. Shipping then resumes on Tuesday January 3, 2023.
• International shipments will proceed through Friday December 23, resuming December 27-30. There will be no shipments on December 26. Shipping then resumes Tuesday January 3, 2023 on regularly scheduled shipping dates.

 

For our European customers:

 

BioLegend EU and UK will be closed from December 26-30, 2022 to celebrate the Christmas and New Year holidays. Our EU site in The Netherlands will re-open on January 2, 2022, and our United Kingdom site will re-open January 3, 2022.

 

*For European customers, urgent shipments during this period can still be arranged per customer request, around the public holidays. If you have a special request, please contact us through our website. We will be monitoring email communications and will respond to any urgent enquiries.
