Application: |
ELISA (Measure TNF-a protein level from aged mouse serum) |
Cells used: |
Mouse serum collected from peripheral blood |
Brief Protocol: |
1. Add 50 ul undiluted mouse serum into each well. Duplicate for each mouse. 2. 3-fold dilution for TNF-a standard supplied from kit: 1000-333-111-37-11-0 pg/mL. 3. Follow the exact steps described from kit. 4. Measure OD450 and OD570. 5. Calculate TNF-a standard curve and serum levels. |
Results Summary: |
Duplicate wells show very similar reads and even 11 pg/mL wells still can distinguish from background buffer and within linear reads. |
