Worked great. I used a different CD24 Ab in grad school that I never got to work reliably, but I have had no problems with this!

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	murine lung
Brief Protocol:	Perfused lungs and isolated single cells by gentleMACS (with Liberase and DNAse). Wash, hypotonic RBC lysis, wash, stain (4C, 20 min, 1:200). Wash and analyze on CantoII
Results Summary:	Nice staining, overall its not always the most obvious population, but I think my previous problems were due to lack of DC in the tissue, not because of the Ab. Clear and clean population observed via flow with this product, very happy with the results.
