Application: | Flow cytometry |
Cells used: | Mouse epidermal cells |
Brief Protocol: | Epidermis and dermis were separated using trypsin. Epidermis was then digested with trypsin. Cell suspensions were filtered and incubated in complete RPMI media overnight prior to staining with anti-mouse CD11b-Brilliant Violet 421 the following day for use in a flow cytometry experiment. |
