Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Lungs, Splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Spleens were homogenized and RBC lysed before staining. Lungs were chopped and digested with collagenase D and DNAse II, then leukocytes were purified by Percoll gradient before staining. Cells were Fc blocked for 20min @ RT, then stained for 30min @ 4ºC, then washed 3x before analysis on a BD LSR-II.
Results Summary:	Nice clear staining of CD169.
