Description: Live-cell imaging of PBMC-derived macrophages stained with AZDye647- Recombinant human CCL5 (Cat. No. 598612) (red) and Hoechst (blue). Time-lapse images were captured over an 8-hour period using the respective fluorescence channels and brightfield on a Revvity Operetta CLS™ High Content Analysis System.
