Description: Organoids derived from mouse stomach tissue stem cells at passage 3 in 3D cultures were fixed with PFA and permeabilized using Triton X-100. They were intracellularly stained with Alexa Fluor 488™ anti-Cytokeratin (clone C-11, Cat. No. 628608, green) and counterstained with DAPI (Cat. No. 422801, blue). The video was captured using a Revvity Operetta CLS™ High Content Analysis System with a 63X objective and a 40 µm stack with 1 µm intervals.
