How to Order Online

When placing an order online, you will be asked to provide either a purchase order number or a credit card number for the order to be accepted and processed. To order online:


  1. Make sure your country's flag is selected.
  2. Login to website with your email and password. If you do not have a login, please request an account using the Login/Register link.
  3. Navigate to your product of interest by using the search feature at the top of our site, our advanced search, or selecting the product category and narrowing down until you find your product.
  4. Select your desired quantity and use the “add to cart” button to add each product to the cart. At any time during your visit, you can go directly to the shopping cart by clicking on the cart icon on the top right-hand corner of the site.
  5. Review the items in your shopping cart and choose the checkout button once your order is accurate.
  6. The first step of the checkout opens a page named Customer Details, which should contain the correct shipping and billing information based on your login. If the shipping or billing information is not correct, select the "Can't find your information?" button. This will open a page that will allow you to request a profile update.
  7. Once all your information is correct, the next step takes you to the Shipping & Payment Method page. Once completed, select Next to go to the Payment Details page.
  8. Enter your payment details. Once everything is correct, click on the "Place Order" button. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please be sure to include the following information:

  • Name of institution or company
  • Account number (if available)
  • Billing address
  • Shipping address
  • Catalog number and description
  • Quantity and size required
  • Name and email of purchasing agent
  • Name and email of the end user
  • Credit card number and expiration date or purchase order number
  • BioLegend quotation number (if applicable)

Terms and Conditions


Unless otherwise indicated on product labels, BioLegend products are for research use only and are not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.

  • Damaged or lost vials – Please contact Customer Service within 3 business days of receipt of product to report any damaged or lost vials.

  • Short-filled or leaky vials – Contact Technical Service immediately if you suspect a vial is short-filled, leaky or otherwise defective.

  • Changes to orders – Call or contact Customer Service to request any changes to submitted orders. Changes might be completed the next shipment day if not received by 12 pm PT. Additional items may be processed on a new order and be subject to a shipping fee.

  • Cancellations – Call or contact Customer Service for any cancellation request by 12 pm PT. If order has shipped prior to cancellation request, a return authorization can be requested for a credit less the 20% restocking fee ($25 minimum).

Order Confirmation, Tracking, Invoices, and Duplication


  • Confirmation – If you would like to confirm that your order has been successfully placed and/or sent, please contact BioLegend Customer Service or your local distributor

  • Invoices – If you have a question about your invoice or payment, please contact the Accounting Department.

  • Tracking – If you have placed a web order and are logged-in, you can obtain the tracking number from the Latest Orders page under your account profile. Track your order.

  • Duplication – Written confirmation of a telephone or fax order is not required. However, if confirmation of an order is sent, it should be clearly marked "CONFIRMING ORDER - DO NOT DUPLICATE." 

    Duplicated shipments due to incorrectly marked confirming orders will be subject to a Restocking Fee of 20% of the order or minimum of $25, whichever is greater, plus shipping charges.

Ordering cut-off time for next day delivery is 3 PM Pacific Monday-Thursday. Orders submitted after 3 PM Monday-Thursday and on Fridays, will be scheduled for next day shipment when we have the ordered items in inventory. Exceptions may apply on custom products. Please contact our Customer Service to inquire about product availability.


Shipping and handling fees are added to your order. Shipping charges to US vary by product type:


  • Ambient antibodies and ELISA kits: $35
  • Shipments that require blue ice: $40
  • Shipments that require dry ice: $50
  • LEGEND MAX™, LegendPlex™, and LegendScreen™ kits: $50
  • Handling fees for third party shipping: $15
  • Free Shipping on all orders over $1000 for US and Canada customers only. Some conditions apply; not applicable for distributors or resellers.
  • All Canada shipments are $50 regardless of shipping temperature.


Delivery times and shipping charges for orders processed outside the US vary. If you would like to inquire about processing and shipping time, please contact your local distributor.


  • The recipient is responsible for all fees associated with shipping and customs clearance (including duties and taxes).
  • All orders are shipped FOB Origin.


Note: Our reagents are stable when shipped at room temperature. Please store our products under the conditions indicated on the technical data sheet upon arrival.

Return Policy


Please contact Customer Service within 3 business days regarding any items damaged during transit.


For all other returns, please contact Customer Service to obtain a return authorization form within 10 business days of order receipt. Upon receipt of authorized returned goods, a credit will be issued, less a 20% restocking fee or $25 minimum.

Exceptional quality and batch-to-batch consistency are important for all of us at BioLegend, and each batch must pass stringent biochemical and biological/immunological testing requirements. If any product does not perform as indicated on its Technical Data Sheet, contact Technical Service and we will either immediately replace it or credit you the original purchase price.


Feel free to contact our Technical Services Department if you have any other questions or concerns about your product. Our Technical Service Scientists are available to help with assay design, to suggest relevant positive controls, and to offer troubleshooting tips.



  1. End-users must properly store the products as recommended on the product Technical Data Sheet (TDS).
  2. BioLegend only guarantees the performance of products in applications indicated as “Quality tested” or “Verified” on the TDS. All other applications, including those reported in the literature, are not subject to a performance guarantee.
  3. Products are guaranteed until the expiration date. Please see the product CoA or contact Technical Services to find the expiration date for your lot of product.
