C57BL/6 mouse frozen spleen section was fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde (PFA) for ten minutes at room temperature and blocked with 5% FBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Then the section was stained with 10 µg/mL of CD3 (clone 17-A2) purified, 10 µg/mL of B220 (Clone RA3-6B2) Alexa Fluor® 488 (green) overnight at 4°C, followed by 2.5 µg/mL of anti-rat IgGb (Clone MRG2b-85) Alexa Fluor® 594 (red) for 2 hours at room temperature. The image was captured by 10X objective.

HeLa cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with MeOH for 10 minutes, and blocked with 5% FBS for 60 minutes. Cells were then stained with 5.0 µg/mL of purified rat anti-eIF4B (Cat. No. 617702) overnight at 4°C, followed by incubation with Alexa Fluor® 594 goat anti-rat IgG2b (clone MRG2b-85) at 2.5 µg/mL. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (panel A) (Cat. No. 422801) and the image was captured with a 40X objective. Scale bar = 50 µm
