Good detection of IL-4 cytokine secreted by TH2 cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Human cultured TH2 cells
Brief Protocol:	cTH2 were stimulated for a total of 5 hours with PMA/Ionomycin and processed for surface markers and for fixation/permeabilization. Cells were then incubated with an intracellular antibody cocktail containing IL-4 Alexa Fluor® 488 at 4C for 30 min. The antibody was used at 2.5/50, resuspended in PBS+ 2% FBS.
Results Summary:	Good detection of IL-4!
