Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Human PBMCs
Brief Protocol:	Human PBMCs were stained with either Isotype or Pacific Blue™ anti-human CD3 antibody. Cells were washed after 30 min and analyzed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	Clear CD3 positive population indicates the specificity of this antibody.
