CD366 is a good antibody.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Human PBMCs
Brief Protocol:	1. Human PBMCs were stimulated with anti-CD3 for three days. 2. Cells were washed using washing buffer (PBS+2% FBS) twice. 3. Samples were incubated 30min at RT (dark) with 10ul of anti-TIM3. 4. Cells were washed like .2. 5. Samples were read using LSRII instrument and analyzed with FlowJo software.
Results Summary:	Small amount of positive cells after anti-CD3 stimulation using different concentrations of the antibody.
