Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Vagina and rectal macaque cells
Brief Protocol:	Cells were isolated from fresh tissue and were blocked in FBS stain buffer for 30 minutes prior to staining with CD45 antibody. CD45 antibody was used in 1:50 dilution per million of cells and stained for 30 minutes on ice. Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody was subsequently used for additional 30 minutes in dark on ice.
Results Summary:	Clear separation of CD45 positive cells.
Additional Notes:	No signal detected in unstained controls.
