Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	RBC lysis of isolated splenocytes; wash; 30 minute stain on ice in the dark
Results Summary:	CD44 clearly upregulated on one CD4+ T cell population, but not the other.
Additional Notes:	Cells first gated on CD3+CD4+ cells. Red and blue histograms represent two different mouse strains the author wishes to remain undisclosed at this time.
