This antibody works very well in FC for surface PBMC staining.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry - Surface staining
Cells used:	PBMC
Brief Protocol:	PBMC were isolated from fresh blood, diluted 1:1 in PBS by centrifugation over Ficoll. PBMC were washed twice in PBS and stained for 20 minutes at room temperature in PBS with 2% FBS and 0.9% sodium azide. Cells were washed twice and analyzed on a BD LSR II.
Results Summary:	Staining of T cell subsets was as expected.
