The antibody stains CD73+ cells in the small intestine very well.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Small intestinal cells
Brief Protocol:	The small intestine was harvested then digested using a Liberase-based digestion protocol to achieve a single-cell suspension. Cells were then blocked with Fc Block, stained with antibodies, then read on a flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	CD73+ cells in the small intestine are well distinguished.
