Experimental Design

Application:	Isolation of human blood T cells
Cells used:	Flow Cytometry
Brief Protocol:	Ficoll density gradient protocol isolated PBMCs from human whole blood sample first, then used MojoSort Human CD4 T cell isolation kit to get CD4 T cells for flow cytometry processing.
Results Summary:	Got good yield and good purity.
Additional Notes:	May need to use more antibody and longer incubation time to get the highest purity.
