Reliable CD103 detection by Flow cytometric analysis.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Single cells from lung grafts
Brief Protocol:	Cells were blocked with Fc block for 30 minutes on ice, before it was stained with CD103 antibody (1:120) for additional 30 minutes.
Results Summary:	We were able to detect CD103 expressing cells, among CD11c+-positive gate.
