Cells used:	Whole blood cells
Brief Protocol:	The washed blood cells are incubated with the purified CD16/32 antibody then the antibody of choice is added and again incubated for 30 mins, washed and read on the flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	This was used as a blocking agent to prevent non specific binding of other antibodies.
