Cells used:	BV2
Brief Protocol:	Coat the 96 well plate with coating antibody. After 24h block the plate with the Assay Diluent and add the samples. After 1 hour you have to add the detection antibody and the enzyme afterwards. In the end add your Substrate Solution and stop the reaction with Stop Solution. In the end read the plate in a plate reader.
Results Summary:	High levels of IL-1β in dose dependent manner.
