Experimental Design

Application:	ELISA
Cells used:	Monocytes
Brief Protocol:	Incubation of plate with capture antibody for 1 day. After this block the plate, add samples, add detection antibody, add enzyme. In the end substrate solution and stop solution. I read them in a plate reader (no matter which reader, just check the wave length).
Results Summary:	I got great results, and now I know the next steps, thanks to this kit.
