Application:	Measure of IL1β proinflammatory levels
Cells used:	PBMCs
Brief Protocol:	Coat the plate, aqnd then after 24h you can wash it and block with assay diluent. Afterwards add the samples and detection antibody. Then the enzyme, substrate and stop solution. Read the plate at a 96 well plate reader.
Results Summary:	Got higher levels of the cytokine in LPS treated mouse.
