Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Whole blood in EDTA
Brief Protocol:	Cells are lysed. The washed cells are then treated with fix buffer and perm buffer. Allowed to incubate. Then washed again, and appropriate intracellular antibody is added. Incubate for 30mins, washed again and read on the FACs caliber or Fortessa.
Results Summary:	Works well for intracellular staining.
