Used to resuspend washed cells before staining.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Washed red blood cells.
Brief Protocol:	The cells are washed and pellets resuspended in Cell staining buffer. Antibodies are added and allowed to incubate for 30mins. The Red cells are then lysed and the pellet resuspended in cell staining buffer. And read on FACS calibur.
Results Summary:	Cells are stained with the antibodies used and percentage of positive cells are calculated.
