Experimental Design

Application:	Intracellular staining for cytokine production
Cells used:	Mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Splenocytes were stimulated for 4 h with PMA and ionomycin before intracellular staining for cytokine production. For intracellular staining, splenocytes were stained for surface markers, fixed, permeabilized, and stained for IL-17, IL-4, IL-2, IFN-γ, Good antibody combination is FITC-IL17A(#506908), PE-IL4(#504104), PECyanine5-IL2(#503824), and APC-IFNγ(#505810).
Results Summary:	Good result every time using these antibody combination.
Additional Notes:	We use 1:50 dilution for this antibody.
