Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Splenocytes from DEREG mice
Brief Protocol:	Prepare single cell suspension from spleen, fix and permeabilize the cells and intracellularly stain them with PE anti-Foxp3 and Alexa Fluor® 647 anti-GFP for 20min. Wash the cells 2x with FACS buffer and measure them via FACS.
Results Summary:	FM264 detects GFP in GFP-expressing Tregs from DEREG mice.
