I am using the Anti-Ha.11 Epitope Tag Affinity Matrix. It is a good product with a middle rate of purification. I think that in datasheet should be other informations about how much product you need to use related to proteins extract.

Experimental Design

Application:	Purification of tagged protein overexpressed
Cells used:	HEK 293T transfected with lentiviral vector
Brief Protocol:	Extraction of nuclear proteins Interaction 4 hours beetween about 2mg of protein with 20 ul of product Washes of resin Samples have been boiled for 10 min. at 95°C to remove tagged protein from resin.
Results Summary:	Tagged protein has been purified but, in several experiments with Western Blot, and also in the negative control, we see not tagged proteins.
