Ab works as expected, bright and clear staining.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Murine bone marrow and murine blood cells
Brief Protocol:	Prep cells for flow, as normal. Perform surface staining and then fix in PFA. Perm with BioLegend FoxP3 / Fix Perm, as per protocol, (this worked better for me than the TrueNuclear™ buffer). Stain cells with anti-Ki67 (1:200 for 30 min, room temp). Wash in FACS buffer, analyze cells.
Results Summary:	Clear positive and negative populations.
