Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	THP-1
Brief Protocol:	Very simple: add 5uL antibody to 1,000,000 cells. Incubate 30 minutes at 4°C. Wash. Read!
Results Summary:	Good distinction between isotype control (red) and positive populations (blue).
Additional Notes:	Maybe APC is a weak fluorophore, but it works OK.
