Brief Protocol:	Urine collected every 2 weeks post mesenchymal stem cell transplantation from MRL/lpr lupus prone mice. BioLegend Deluxe ELISA protocol followed.
Results Summary:	Lower levels of MCP1 in urine of MRL/lpr mice treated with MSCs when compared to PBS control mice.
