Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Splenocytes were subjected to red blood cell lysis and stained for CD11c and MHCII to identify dendritic cells. Anti-CD103 was used at 1:100 (15min 4oC).
Results Summary:	Easy identification of CD103+ DC in mice.
