This antibody can be used to identify CD16+ cells in human peripheral blood.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human Peripheral Blood
Brief Protocol:	50ul of human peripheral blood was stained with the CD16+ antibody. Cells were incubated for 30 minutes at room temperature. After incubation, cells were lysed using a lysing buffer. Then, samples were washed with 1ml PBS three times and cells were resuspended in 300ul FACS buffer for direct usage for flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	This antibody nicely separates CD16+ and CD16- cells in human peripheral blood.
