I used this kit for estimating CCL28 in the infected SF9 cell culture supernatant and got excellent results.

Experimental Design

Application:	Estimation of CCL28 in culture supernatant
Cells used:	SF9
Brief Protocol:	Infect SF9 cells with recombinant BV expressing CCL28 and incubate for 2 days. Harvest cell culture supernatant and estimate CCL28 content using this kit.
Results Summary:	I got about 221 pg/ml conc of CCL28 in my samples.
Additional Notes:	This kit will provide you the antibody pair with standards. If you purchase both antibodies and standard separately, it would be more expensive than this kit. Thus, overall I found this kit economic with quick and reproducible results.
