Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Lung tissue cells
Brief Protocol:	Mouse lungs were harvested, digested with collagenase and DNAse. Following digestions, cells were washed and pelleted. Cells were then stain for CD16/32 (1 in 200) for 20 mins. Cells were then washed and quantified through BD Canto II.
Results Summary:	It was easy to identify the CD16 cells.
