Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Splenocytes from humanized mice
Brief Protocol:	Single cell suspensions prepared from the spleen of human PBMC reconstituted mice were used for flow cytometric analysis. The cells were stained with CD45, CD3 and CD8 antibodies for 30 minutes and analyzed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	CD45 positive population confirm the specificity of this antibody.
