Great antibody for detecting human CD45 expression.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flowcytometry
Cells used:	Splenocytes from humanized mice
Brief Protocol:	NOD-scid IL2rγcnull mice (NSG mice) reconstitute with human PBMCs were sacrificed and single cell suspensions prepared from the spleens were used for flow cytometric analysis. I have used this antibody to analyze the fraction of CD45+ T cells isolated from splenocytes of these humanized mice. Cells were stained with the antibody for 30 minutes on ice. The cells were late washed and analyzed in BD FACS canto II machine.
Results Summary:	Flow cytometric analysis demonstrated a clear positive and negative population for CD45 surface expression.
