The antibody clearly stains B220+ cells in the mesenteric lymph nodes.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	mesenteric lymph node cells
Brief Protocol:	The mesenteric lymph nodes were harvested from a mouse and mechanically disrupted to obtain a single cell suspension. The cells were then blocked with Fc Block, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	A B220+ population of cells is clearly stained with the antibody.
