The anti-CD103 product distinguishes the different intestinal dendritic cell subsets.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	single-cell suspension of mouse small intestinal cells
Brief Protocol:	Small intestine was harvested from a mouse and digested using Liberase TL to achieve a single-cell suspension. Cells were then blocked with Fc Block, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	The anti-CD103 antibody stains the dendritic cells well, allowing for separation of the different subsets.
Additional Notes:	The shown plot has been pre-gated on CD11c-hi MHC II+ cells.
